First Alabama State Trails Conference to be Held in Beautiful Fairhope, Alabama

That's right! Fairhope, Alabama on Mobile Bay, just minutes from the beaches!

We are having our first Alabama State Trails Conference March 31st - April 3, 2011 at the Fairhope Civic Center in Fairhope, Alabama. The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs, the National Park Service and Cheaha Trail Riders, Inc. are hosting the conference. I personally met many of you at the American Trails Symposium in Chattanooga back in November 2010 and mentioned that we were planning this conference. All types of trail enthusiasts will be attending the event.

We would love for your companies to become an Exhibitor at the Alabama State Trails Conference. We have kept the price of booths very low and are expecting over 250 attendees, with the Expo Hall being open all day Friday and Saturday April 1 & 2. All the banquet and speaking events will also take place within the Expo Hall, which will give your companies more visual opportunities.

WE ALSO NEED SPONSORS! If your company is willing to help sponsor the event, there are benefits for sponsorships. See attached.

One of our keynote speaker will be Ed McBrayer, Exec. Director and co-founder of the PATH Foundation in Atlanta, GA. Ed is also an active bicyclist. In addition, we are working to secure Alabama's Governor Bentley as our other keynote speaker, but this has not been secured at this point.

Please see the attached brochures and flyer and take advantage of this opportunity to present your products to Alabama.

Should you have any questions, feel free to call or email.

Thanks,
