Saw this yesterday. 9th circuit is out of control. They even stated in the opinions that rich people have more of a right to privacy than ordinary folk due to guards on property. If this ruling is allowed to stand it won't do any good to park in a garage or have fences and gates. If you ever take the vehicle out on the streets all they would have to do is wait unitl it is parked at the store and slip the GPS device onto the it while you are shopping.

| I agree with you 100% but other than voting and writing letters/making calls I don't know what we can do about it. It's happening so much faster than voting can react and it seems to take twice the amount of time or more to undo legislation. |
