Kinda late, but hopefully helpful to someone. Steve Melton writes:

If you are at all interested in TOHVA.....YOU SHOULD BE AT THIS MEETING!

TOHVA license plates will be main topic of discussion. Future events that TOHVA will attend. Open discussion on pre-sale of license plate design and possible revamp of TOHVA emblem.

We have much to do and need to fill at least 2 empty positions within the organization. Riding season is upon us and there will be many opportunities to publicize TOHVA and our mission.

Just a teeny-weeny correction, it is TOHVA, not TNOHVA.
