Tossed my vote in the hat.  I would like to see an explanation as to how someone could be "undecided" on this.  Whether you think it does or not, I don't see the "gray area" on this debate.

Let me correct myself...  I forgot that there are those who have never studied, read or have a clue about what exactly our constitutional rights are.  So I guess I do see where the gray area might be.
