I've been trying to get to a club meeting since January, but my job puts me on the road alot and I've been on the road every Thursday that the meetings have been held since January. I have a 94 YJ with a 4" lift & 34x 10.50 TSL's. I have open diffs and limited experience on rocks. I have lots of experience with Mud, sand and snow. Is this weekends trail ride something you would be willing to let a rock rookie tag along on. I really want to meet some RCRC members and wheel my Jeep. The only off-road it's seen since we moved to Huntsville was my wife driving it in the Mud Races at the Huntsville Speedway in the daily Drivers class with the kids in the back. I've been a club member, secretary and president in the past with the last club I was in being very active with the local accociation and with United Four Wheel Drive. This will be my first ride. I'm not a member yet, but have been on these forums for a while now. Should be fun to meet people. I have been to one meeting but that was quite some time ago. I'll be meeting up with Marine and Lady TJ at their place then meeting up with everybody. Looking forward to the friendships and trails! |
