After you see it and the traffic it generates, you will see why they couldn't build it at 65/72. Build it and they will come. That place is like the largest truck stop you have ever been to, but trucks aren't allowed. Only cars and RV's are allowed. They have over 120 fuel pumps with gas and diesel at each pump. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are spotless. Have you ever been out there in the morning and afternoon when everyone is headed to and from Redstone and Research Park? That place is crazy. The Decatur folks I worked with called it the Huntsville 500.
