We needed a d60 diff cover and all of our suppliers were at least two weeks out. We decided to make one from raw materials. We cut the ring out on our cnc plasma table. We drilled the bolt pattern with our cnc mill as the plasma doesn't do very well on holes the same diameter as the thickness. I should have remembered to take more pictures. I hadn't milled it when I posted pictures but I planned to. We milled the face of the cover today. It definitely had some welding warp. Why, when we have a huge amount of storage available on the existing website, already paid for? And why would *anyone* pay for Fototime when services like Google are free?
