Hello guys,

I am just recently retired from the Air Force and have taken a job here in Huntsville. My family is still located in Tucson Arizona until the kids are out of school. I am interested in attending your next meeting to see what you are all about. You have some great pictures posted of some of your different events and trips.

I drive what started life as a 82 CJ-7 that has undergone many changes....

Looking forward to hearing from you and meeting some of you next week.

Thanks guys, looking forward to meeting you.

Check out this link, look under projects and you will see my ride; its the green jeep with the hood scoop. Take a look at the test run pics, these were taken during my maiden voyage after the last go round of work.

Thanks Wakeboarder, I take it from your login name you also enjoy playing on the water from time to time?

I enjoy getting away from town and enjoynig the great outdoors. I am originally from Wyoming and love to fish.

Will you be at the meeting Wed? See you there.

Cool, I'm sure we will run into each other sometime.

Did you look at all the pictures under Test run? After I get the heep out here I need to pull the engine for an overhaul, I have a spun cam bearing and a leaking plug (cam maybe) on the back of the motor that keeps dumping oil when I am verticle

It's always something.

Thanks, it does the job.

Actually, I have still been driving it  (easy if there is such a thing).

Can't seem to make myself just let it sit in the garage until I have the time and money to get er done. I need to get it pulled apart and fixed though.
