Jeep owner leaves Jeep with dealership. Mechanic is killed by dullard dealership employee who didnt know how to drive a stick, and attempted to move the Jeep. Lawyer is suing owner of the Jeep. |

How in the world is it the owner of the jeep's fault in the lawyer's mind? In possession of the dealership they are responsible for its safe operation.

SMH. Sounds like they're having to go after the dealer in a round-about way thru the owner of the Jeep. What a mess! The Service Manager needs to be hung for putting that 19yo with no DL in the driver seat of that Jeep.
