   Please spread the word to anyone that would like to take CERT! 
Next Madison CERT class begins on April 1st, at 7PM at Madison Fire Department Station 1 (next door to City Hall) and will be held on Thursday nights. Call David Glassman at 772-3326 or email david.glassman@ci.madison.al.us  or Scott Worsham at 427-5128 to sign up.
Next Huntsville CERT class begins on April 12th, at 7PM at the Huntsville Fire Academy 3111 Sparkman Dr. and will be held on Monday nights. Call Scott Worsham at 427-5128 to sign up.
I have one company that is still checking into having day classes for their employees. If they decide to do it, I'll pass that along, because I know some people work nights and a day class would come in handy for them.

	Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Think neighborhood watch, only oriented towards disaster response type activity. The CERT team is trained to provide assistance in a disaster/emergency until professional responders arrive on the scene. They also help professional responders in such a way as to be force multiplyers, so that more can be done efficiently with less.

	Please note that the Madison CERT class had to be cancelled because we did not have enough sign ups this time. The Huntsville class has a few sign ups so far and we are hoping to get more before the first of April. Thanks, Scott Worsham
