Tha wins the "insanely complicated solution to a simple problem" award.  Get (or make) a pressure bleeder, far simpler.

When I had to replace the front calipers on our 2006 F350 in a campground after burning them up coming some big mountain pass in Colorado, a pressure bleeder was the only thing I could get to work.  Tried vacuum bleeding and pumping the pedal, neither worked for me.

I remember that.  Seems to me like it was in Nathrop, Chalk Creek Campground (I had to look up the name, my memory for such is no good).  I have never had any luck with the vacuum bleeders.

On Ashley's BFs 06 BMW, you had to have a PC hooked up to the car and special software to run the ABS pump in order to bleed the brakes.  Pedal bleeding them simply was not an option: by the time you spun the pump and tried to pedal/bleed, the ABS cycle was done, start over again.  With the pressure bleeder you could run the correct ABS routine (for whichever wheel) and crack open the bleeder without running out of time.  Without the PC/app running the pump, you simply got nothing out of the bleeder!
