That is interesting. I knew Stanley had bought Craftsman but didn't realize they also owned Dewalt.

subscribe to AvE on youtube to find out the real quality of the different brand tools.  You'll be surprised.  he takes them down to their component parts and rates the bearing quality, motor quality, etc and does head to head testing.
