Isn't that just lovely. All to protect a weed. Before long, crab-grass will be on that list and they'll be trying to take all our homes, moving us into inner city projects for re-education on how yard mowing is murder.

Weeds are obviously important. Look at the issues at the Glamis Sand Dunes in CA. 2/3 of the OHV area was shutdown and more threatened by the Peterson's Milkvitch "flower" common name is locoweed.... Seems we spent years trying to eradicate it, must have done a good job, it is on the endangered species list now.

My uncle has swore for years the government's only goal was to coax (aka force) us into urban population centers so they can control us "more efficiently"

That is starting to sound less and less tinfoil hat crazy

If the EPA continues with the new water quality regs they are pushing, it will make the endangered species act look like a very small issue. This new power grab will allow the epa to "regulate" ANY body of water on private land; all the way down to a ditch or a mudhole. It doesn't even have to be permanent, it can just be a seasonal mudhole. Obama is set to "executive order another 20% reduction in carbon emissions from coal plants; that will be the end of them. 40% of our electricity is currently generated from coal. And of course the borders are wide open for more new Obama voters to pour in to keep the ball rolling. Smoke em while you got em boys!
