   Somebody please tell me why flags are not flying at half staff across our nation today mourning the loss of the great American, Neil Armstrong.

	This is a good place to check to see if the order ever comes (although I doubt it considering the order would come from a man who has essentially made it a goal of his to end U.S. Space Program as we knew it) halfstaff.org Site is either down or overloaded at the moment.
