This is the rear catalytic converter from a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.  The catalytic material is in good condition and not broken.  You will need to weld or clamp this to your existing exhaust.  I know it will fit 2003-2006 TJ/LJ automatic transmission models with no modification.

I also have the down pipes that was cut off the front of this.  You can have them too for free if you want them.  The catalyst material is collapsed in both of the down pipes.
