That's too bad but not a surprise. I wish they would start issuing stiff fines to the violators then the word would get around and maybe folks could enjoy these areas without destroying everything.

Its interesting they always seem to have funds and manpower to keep an area closed and issue fines but are completely absent when its an open area and people are acting a fool.
