I was able to come to the meeting earlier this month and it was said that the ride for this weekend would be decided later. Has this been determined and am I looking in the right place for the information?. Thanks

Yes we do have a ride on the 13th-14th. Are you setup for the registered visitors forum? That's where all the info is. If not give me a call and I'll fill you in. I'll pm you my number.
