Just a reminder that our monthly meeting is this week at Golden Rule BBQ in Madison.  If you would like to eat, please join us around 6:00.  The business portion of the meeting will start at 7:00.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
LA

I don't know if anybody remembers, but earlier this year I joined here (while I was in Ohio, about to move back here).  I was REALLY looking forward to doing this all with my son (just turned 8) and was bummed because meetings fell on football practice nights.  I said as soon as it was over, I'm THERE!  Well, I've been SO anticipating this, and this Thursday is our first free night, and we really look forward to meeting ya.  I hope ya are a friendly bunch - I went to one club meeting back in CA, and pretty much everybody hung in their usual "group".  TRIED to yap, but I guess our rig wasn't "worthy" enough at the time.  YOU guys seem like a totally friendly bunch and we can't wait to meet ya.  Our's is a silver Jeep Unlimited (2dr) we pretty much dialed in for expedition wheeling.  From what I hear the Spring Jeep Jamboree is going to be right near us in Cullman.  How cool is that?  See ya Thursday evening!

We're glad you can join us this week.  And I guarantee we are a friendly club, in fact, there are those that might talk you to death... LOL

See you Thursday!

I'm hoping to attend this Thursday myself and it will be my first meeting with anyone here.  The group here must be pretty friendly since I drive a Nissan and didn't get flamed for it. hahaha  I'm also hoping to bring along one of my buddies who might be interested in joining as well.

For the first time since joining the forum, it looks like I might be there this Thursday. Do you guys bring your kids and all? I have two, 11 and 12 they might like it. Question

Well I sorta screwed up and forgot I have a few priorities I have to take care of tonight along with the fact that I'm going to be working late so unfortunately I won't be able to make this meeting.  I was really hoping to make it so I could join in on a club trail run sometime but looks like I'm going to have to wait until December.Unhappy

I'm still planning to go to the Swap Meet Run at Mountainside so maybe I'll meet a few of you there.  I probably won't have my M/T's on though.  After all the repairs I had to make after my last run there, I depleted my stock of spare TRA's so I can't risk destroying anything else.  I'm just going to watch the "big boys" in action. Smile

It sure is hard to do things when you are broke and jobless. Unhappy Things have got to turn around for me soon, it has been 6 months. Sorry to have missed another meeting. Maybe in December.

Being broke does stuck for sure. I was out of work for 2 weeks and that was the most miserable I've ever felt. Got a job offer in Atlanta GA that I might take next week since the temporary one I had isn't busy anymore.
