   This is my neighbor's.

It was primarily used for the Talladega race.

It needs work.  It hasn't been opened/used in a couple of years.  I
took a look at it a few days ago.  I didn't spend a lot of time in it because a storm was blowing in and he wanted to get it closed by down.
Some things I noticed - The top has leaked some.  There is
mildew/mold in places on the canvas.  There are some places that the canvas has either been munched on by rodents or dry rotted.  Some may be able to be cleaned up
but some will most likely need to be replaced.  I did some quick looking
 around and it looks like a complete canvas set can be had for around 
$1500.

It's got all the standard pop up things:

Water tank/pump

Shower/toilet

Holding tank

Refrigerator

$500 and you tow it home.

	I really don't think it's in as bad a shape as they believe it is. It would take a lot of clean up. Some of the canvas needs to be either repaired or replaced.
