Doc, she would love to give you your money back, but she is waiting on the results from this "high level" review to find out where it went.  Don't hold you're breath, she made it sound like this review may be going on indefinitely.

I was hoping that at some point she would have just said, "Mr. Congressman, I have failed to do my job.  I was trying to cover up the fact that we are inadequately monitoring the activities of the Federal Reserve, but you are too smart to trick."  That is basically what I got from watching the video.  It was almost painful to watch her trying to dodge all of those questions.
