About 2 minutes after this photo was taken, some <ahem> woman driving a tractor trailer pulled into the parking lot perpandicular to all of the rigs, simultaneously blocking ALL of us in.  There was an empty parking lot across the street, but no, she couldn't walk the additional 75 feet or so.

Her door on her truck said something like "Lil Sara - Tracy City, TN"
That was probably her parking spot we were all in and everybody in town but us knew it.
