.40 S&W

   A frind of mine just bought me 500 rounds (10 boxes) of .40 S&W CCI Blazer at WalMart in Chattanooga for a little less than $12 per box.  With tax and everything, it was $137 and change for 500 rds, which is pretty doggone good, I think.  He is buying 500 per week for himself until they run out or he runs out of $$.

He went there today with a friend of his who is South African.  His friend was astounded to see ammo for sale in walmart.  He said that stash of ammo would be something you would only see on TV with the capture of a warlord or somthing like that.

	I had to go to Chattanooga today for a funeral. I bought 9 boxes of .40 S&W (all they had) for $123 and some change. They had tons of 9mm for $8.47 box of 50, CCI blazer FMJ. That's a darn good price.

	I went to Wal-Mart in Decatur Sunday to pick up some target rounds and the only ammo they had were .22 cal and 30-06. They were completely wiped out of everything! I'm going to Larry's this afternoon to pick up at least a couple of boxes of .45 acp unless I can talk a buddy into going in on a case or two.
