That looks very interesting.  I'll bet the Tractor Supply folks are not excited about it...

I've looked at their website before but never been in one.  Good addition to the area!

I went in one when I was working in Indiana.  They like TSC on steroids.  They also sell guns.

I believe there is one over in the Muscle Shoals area.
Yes, much larger than TSC.

All of my yankee friends sing high praises of this place.  Never been in one myself.

Also, I feel they're making a bad move, geographically.  Why put something called "rural king" in the hood?  Seriously, fire that GIS guy.

Cheap building, Plus it will be next to Tractor supply and lowes. Both of those places are always slammed.

Sir, I'm not usually a grammer nahtsee but you just used "yankee" and "friend" unironical in a sentence.

You can't do that.  Its not right.  It's not proper. LOL

They have one where I grew up. My brother is there way more than the TSC. Wish they had them out here.

It looks to be opening soon. The parking lot is redone. New lighting and signs are up.

They will get a lot of business from the people that live in the county North and East of Huntsville. Since there is nothing in like it North or East of that area, it should pull in a lot of business. It has no competition to speak of as Cabela's is on the other side of Huntsville. It also has the benefit of lower over head. It also sounds like it's one of a kind in this area, so I image the Madison people will suck it up and make the drive. LOL

They are opening a Tractor Supply in Decatur near the Home Depot, so I definitely won't be driving to east Huntsville to visit Rural King!

I went to the Rural King on North Parkway Thursday.  My prediction is that the North Parkway Tractor Supply closes within a year.  RK is almost next door to TS, and its probably 4-5 times the size, has LOTS more stuff (including tractors, guns, fishing gear, LOTS more clothes, for example).

Go check it out.

Doc, how do you feel it compares to TS on price?  Any apple to apple comparison you saw?
