I'm sure some untouchable Chinese company with a shell US distributor will be quick to fill the void.

I worked with these folks years ago to redesign one of their oil catch pans.  Everyone I spoke with was really good hard working folks who were very concerned about improving their products.  Now they they are just more unemployed Americans.

"The fact of the matter is there is no device that can make it safe to pour gasoline on a fire," said Emerson.

True that.  Apparently there's also nothing that can make our companies safe from absurd legal judgements.  News flash for the libtards; you can't 'punish' companies (by either overbearing regulations or frivolous lawsuits)  without harming people.  Clown

http://www.instituteforlegalreform.com/states/alabama  woooHOOOO, Alabama has moved from 47th to 43rd in "fairness" of its legal system in the past year.  TG for Mississippi and Louisiana for keeping us off the bottom.

Here's is an interesting site that has been advertised heavily on Foxnews:  http://www.facesoflawsuitabuse.org/  I think the advertising has overwhelmed the site, its extremely slow.

Our litigation-happy legal system has got to be changed, as its driving business overseas.  Blitz is an excellent example.
