The first time I drained mine, that yellow plug was very hard to turn.  It felt like it was about to break.  I thought it might be left handed threads and I spent about an hour googling around until I finally found out it was normal right hand threads.  It has gotten easier since the first time I drained it, but I will likely get a backup plug just in case.

Ain't seen a single drop of water in this truck.  I know there has to be some water in the fuel from time to time.....so where is it going?

I've had  four powerstroke trucks: 96, 01, 06 and this 18.  I have only found water in my fuel filter one time and it was right after I filled up at a brand new Texaco/Dairy Queen on south parkway.  The water in fuel light came on within a mile or so and I had to drain it 3 or 4 times in the first 10 miles I drove.

My truck is not driven a lot.  I try to keep the tank full so it doesn't suck in humid air every night.
