I've had a MiTech 40 for about 9 months or so now - love it.  Paid like $460 delivered for mine, for $100 less that's an awesome price.

They do work great, but they NEED dry air...  VERY dry air.

I just ordered one of the parker 40 amp plasma cutters. We'll see how well it works. If I'd just stop buying tools, I might get close to finishing a project.

I got mine in the other day. It works great so far. I'm happy with it. I can cut as good with it as I can with a lincoln pro cut 55. I'm not really good at running a plasma cutter. As long as it keeps working fine I'll be extremely happy with it.

You gotta run SOME kind of air dryer - these things work tons better with the most dry air you can feed them.

Mine came with a drier on the plasma cutter. I need to buy a nice large drier for my overall air system. I just recently bought my compressor. My compressor doesn't have to work to hard with it being an 80 gal 2 stage.

That's just a filter, though, and doesnt do anything to remove moisture, right?
