MFC = Military Fuel Can, the plastic jerry can that has been used by Canada and US Armed Forces for about 20 years or so.
Price new is in the $40-$45 range; these are $10 each plus shipping. The downsides: - They're US military surplus and they were probably surplused for a reason, so some parts may need to be replaced (caps, gaskets etc.) - They have the rubber gasket, which is incompatible for gasoline. If you want to use surplus MFC's for gas, you'll have to replace the rubber gasket for a viton one, about $6 from Davidson Products.
