Interesting. Seems like that is opposite to what a weight distribution hitch does though (picks up on the tongue to throw the weight forward on the tow vehicle and back on the trailer). perhaps it's a lesson in PROPER distribution though, not the fact of what happens when you move weight back on the trailer. In other words, if you put too strong of distribution bards on the hitch, it would cause this issue.
