Hey guys. Anyone know of any good junkyards around the huntsville area that i could possible find a good complete 351w that could be the basis of a rebuild w/ machine work and the works??  are they generally high priced at junkyards?? haven't done much searching for motors in junkyards.

If it is going to be rebuilt completely then why does it matter if it is froze up?  It seems like getting one from a yard is going to take some time to find and get pulled and they will more than likely want more than a few hundred for it.  Just my $0.02

well, usually when a motor is froze up, depending on how bad it is, it could sometimes have to be bored out to .060 which is not good.  Usually like to stay in the .30-.040 range.  I'll do some more looking around, if i can't find any, then i will more than likely talk to jake again, and get his.  Thanks
