Depends on what it looks like. Rust, etc. Check the frame closely, especially around the front/rear crossmembers, and arounf the spring hangers. If the frame is good, and there's not much in the way of body rust, then it's not a bad deal.

go drive it and see how it rides...        who puts dual exhaust on an inline engine??

see how old the lift is and condition of the tires...  i belive that is the only axle that is weaker than the D35 but not sure

The AMC 20 axle housing is strong. The weakpoint is the two piece axles. You can put a one piece axle, or full floater in it and it'll be as strong as a dana 44.
