glad to see it back open  i have rode that mtn and hunted up there since i was little. but i have heard that the landowners are going to regate the rd higher up the mtn so may be back the square one

Interesting, wonder how that ruling is based as compared to the "roadless" crap going on at the national level.  There are roads in NF and BLM land that have been in use for a hundred or more, that are being closed as part of FS and BLM land management.  The coalmine situation may be different because private land is involved, but it seems like the basis for some legal arguement, anyway.
