Sorta, Logging company owns the land, but leases land in the area to hunting clubs and keeps the trails open as entry points to the hunting parcals. Basically they could close it if they wanted, but have so far chosen to keep it open to the public.

Public/Private. We are allowed to ride, just need to ensure we tread lightly. Bring along some trash bags. We try to clean up as we go.
