stinger bumper and winch

   I'm in the market to buy a stinger bumper and winch. If I can't find either item used I will just buy them new. The bumper new is a smittybilt for a TJ for $250 and the winch I'm looking at is the X20 10k for $400. So I'd like to spend less on something used. But am okay with buying them new if no one has either.
